The Company owns over 221 hotels with approximately 37,000 rooms or suites located in over 36 states, in the District of Columbia, Ontario, Canada and San Juan, Puerto Rico. It owns approximately 752 service-oriented retail properties with over 13.3 million square feet located in approximately 42 states. The Company’s net lease portfolio is occupied by over 175 tenants, which is operating approximately 137 brands in over 21 industries. The Company's net lease portfolio is leased to tenants that include travel centers, quick service and casual dining restaurants, movie theaters, health and fitness centers, grocery stores, automotive parts and services and other businesses in service-oriented and necessity-based industries.

haven't posted here for a while but still hold sizeable chunk of svc. The position has been the same for quite some time now, tech companies holding huge cash. they buy carefully now but one day (soon hopefully) they will spend a little looser and there will be a buying frenzy. there is no logical reason to think (and i have been working and investing in this sector for many years) that sandvine wouldn't be a target. network management is a critically important technology tool and IP network management is really only 10 years old or so.

and it is not a bad thing that they are selling quite a bit now via partners that will more than likely be the very companies that buy them. also not a bad thing that cisco does this stuff themselves and many of their competitors don't.
