IMO, OPL had a board meeting to discuss the Q3 financials and other things. What were the other things. Probably Lee Shephard was at that meeting and may be GP to discuss STRATEGIES on the releasing the material info achieved. this is a cut throat business and the company must take every precaution to protect their assets, otherwise shareholders will loose out big time. Believe it or not, IMO these delays are to protect the shareholders and the company from the shark infested waters.
