I agree that if its not in stores yet its not cool....

I'm no expert but if product reaches shelves by mid December (before Dec 21) then maybe they're protected from lawsuit but SP will take a hit....

 p.s.  I'm still optimistic longterm, just dont like what was said & the false short-term expectations it created.
