The IR response troubles me. The fact they will only release news if it's material means they are not interested in promoting the stock to increase SP

So you prefer that management put out fluff NRs to do the " pump and dump". It appears they have a different opinion since the new BOD and management believe they have a bonafide technology worht protecting at all costs.

IMO.
