No offense Billy...but that is like saying who is behind Instinet buying over the last few weeks...could be Luxor adding, could be a new massive fund buying....blah blah blah.... all I know is the story gets better....spin off of M, deals with multiple buyers, financing with big funds with a will to move the SP higher...vested management, and proven process....
