when the company proclaims a NPV of 535million this is based on no mining operations correct?

So a NPV of 535million is an understatement when it comes down to having the crusher and APT plant built along with paydirt moving through? At that point does it become more of a play of the earnings multiple or is the NPV still what should be looked at?
