I have many questions about the dividend management is promising. In the first 9 months of this year they have spent $110MM in capital expenditures, but brought in only $44MM in cash flow. This leaves zero opportunity to pay a dividend from operations. They'll either have to issue shares or take on more debt. Management has not clarified how this whole thing will work.

We need an explanation that includes things like decline rates, F&D costs, debt, and debt costs, number of shares outstanding, dividend rate etc, etc, etc. Until we see this, the shares will not go anywhere but down.
