They withheld the loss of contract from NASA for at least a quarter if not more, and in the process the insiders dumped their shares. That shouldn't be news to anyone. As for the regulators, they are predominantly a joke -- rarely do they act on information, let alone a venture stock. I'm not going to throw good money after bad to try and chase them down through legal channels -- chances are the folks were smart enough to hide the money away where it isn't touchable. The fabricated news would be the solar sales that never happened.

Obviously if I thought the company was going to tank I would have already sold, my opinion however is starting to tip further in that direction.
