I'm taking comfort in these 2 rays of hope during this blackout period:

There has been no bad news released.
The have now had almost 1 year to tell us that Egypt is not a done deal.

Additionally I think that there is a 1/3 chance that Mint is involved in some way with the Kerala WPS system. I can't see how they can't be given the credentials the management team have.

I'm frustrated but waiting patiently.
