   You are completely misunderstood. Yes i have been on the boards for a short time, but I have followed this stock for many years. My friend who is an institutional equity trader mentioned it three years ago...I missed the ride up...and I missed the ride down. Thank god. Morever, I had the pleasure to conference call Mr. Carl at one point as I do not invest in anything until I have done complete DD including interview mangement.I did not pull the trigger to buy shares.

   But to say I am a dumper...very not accurate....I am a supporter of Chris and BXI when I became a shareholder. Did you buy any of the convertible??? Have you bought any shares recently???? I bot $80,000 of the convertible (locked in) and 600,000 shares on the open market. As long as the company performs to my expectations......I will remain a large shareholder...and a strategic thinker for management....end of story...
