Yes, the lack of screen real estate is a major impediment to smartphones replacing laptops. If you can plug your smarphone into a dock, or if the phone has a projector built-in, or if you carry around a big screen OLED monitor that you can fold up and put in your pocket, that becomes less of an issue. This is one reason why companies like Dell and HP are getting pummeled.

Interesting times ahead.
