Oileng,  I’m the first to admit that I’m a little lost with the technical aspects to fracking.    So please bear with me while I try to sort out the water requirements.     Ed Duncan claims that the North Slope is blessed with a brackish aquifer that’s unfit for drinking but perfect for fracking.    He claims that it’s a GIFT from mother nature.     How is this more advantageous to the surface lakes and rivers that you indicate will be used in the CMV?
