Circular and EOM

Circular and EOM

We are getting 1 share of vetas and not .90 as I think was mentioned on board.....Was this always the case? .........

"After careful consideration, the Galway Board has unanimously determined that: (i) the offered consideration of $2.05 in cash, plus one Galway Metals Share and one Galway Gold Share for each Galway Share under the Arrangement is fair to Galway Shareholders; and (ii) that the Arrangement is in the best interests of Galway. Accordingly, the Galway Board unanimously recommends that Galway Securityholders vote FOR the Arrangement Resolution. "

I do NOT think a buyout of EOM is imminent but I do believe the land package will eventually be approved and then consolidated. The World Bank financing arm (IFC) has a big stake in EOM. Eike's building his portal up by EOM boundary and the valuation is just dirt cheap. IMHO the risk/reward at a $1 is worth that gamble. Will not bet the farm but certainly some GWY profit. BTW I own CBJ. I just think things are getting wide eyed and wild here as far as buyout fever. Eike goes slow. He has a big transaction and mountain to  mine. No other transaction, including EOM is coming for a good while.....peace, Mike
