So howcum ylo paid out the interest owing immediately to the debs prior to the recap. Indeed isn't that contrary to the "stand-still" provisions of the interim order from the court?
I don't understand. YLO made an agreement witrh the debs and then YLO did exactly what the agreement called for. Where is the mystery?
