My opinion is that it will put their growth on hold for a year or so.  They should keep a cash cushion for the worst case tax scenario.  This would be in addition to the usual cash reserves for negative unforseen business outcomes.

Thanks for the analyst update.  A drop in the target of 50 cents is probably logical, but the way markets go I'd probably expect a bit more.  This isn't good news, but not bad enough to make me sell.
