Thanks for your thoughts, your senario seems plausible.  And consider that depending upon the projected  unknown $$$ results of an operating  plant, the potential value to shareholders(future SP) is impossible to calculate.

I do agree that those insiders will most likely try to make themselves whole as soon as possible.  And with the insiders investing a lot of their own money, I take some solace that they are calling the bluff of those thinking this is a complete bust.  On the optimistic side, depending upon the capacity to produce and the profit margins, as well as the huge projected revenue stream, it is hard for me to come to a opinion of the relative number of shares vis a vis the potential sales/revenues.

It seems that they will have a deal, and if so, production/sales experience will fill in the blanks we now only guesstimate?
