I didn't take his post to be one lot of 300K shares. I assumed it was several lots totaling appx 300K shares. Thanks for clarifing that. I also assume their agreeing to issue 12MM shares, or appx 25% of the company post issuance, for the RIDE operation means RIDE will be something significant. Once the transaction closes they should be able to release more details about what RIDE will contribute to IMD. Hope so. Maybe then we will see share activity and appreciation.
