Never said is wasn't going to go up. It could .... IF ..... the report is good. The million dollar question is when is the report coming out?

 

I am simply refuting your load up at .26 B.S. my good friend because "reports" could, and usually do, take a lot longer than people can tolerate. As a result they lose patience and dump. A stock this thinly traded can tank on low volume and could very well continue downward to the year low as time wears on. That is the nature of the beast.
