Sticking my neck out

Here are my opinions:

Do-All always had all of the money lined up. They never had a problem coming up with the cash. They won't pursue this transaction any longer because in their opinion, the stock isn't worth any more than this, their final offer.

This stock will see $0.50 again, likely on Monday. I base this opinion on where the stock collapsed to after the first offer was pulled, and the price immediately prior to the second offer. Don't think for a second that the market won't be disappointed that this second offer wasn't successful.

There will be no other offer forthcoming for Hyduke at this time.

Lastly, I think Hyduke has a solid business. I think they have a good future. Someday a successful change of control will happen, just not any time soon.
