. It seems they all want to get in on offering dividends to shareholders knowing well thats where investors want to put their $$$$ these days.

Everything has its price. If you don't mind sacrificing growth for a divvy then its alright. However, most of these smaller companies would have great difficulty with capex & paying a divvy. Also if the well decline rates get away from management it could destroy a once promising comapny.

I would rather see BXE keep to its plan & only when the time is right & a divvy is sustainable start paying out. 

Stay the course is my opinion !!
