I think you're dreaming gts.....   maybe you should just should buy up shares @ 0.025.   Or you could always continue sitting on your dream cloud and watch this stock pass you by..... IMO, we are moving forwards and D.Rolling and N.Watson are gonna get this financing done.  On the other hand........  throw in your bid at 0.01, help build our depth, that's cool with me as well.  And if you're lucky enough to load up at 1 cent, good for u.
