Some Questions to Answer Previous Post
“Additionally, Bioexx seems to not have problems raising money, so I infer the process and potential has been studied and the investors concur. Investors also must know whether a JV deal is likely in the works or they wouldn't be pouring good money after bad, I assume. I also am encouraged by insiders making significant investments, as well as the two potential JV partners remaining in the bidding. They have a big decision to make, either win the bidding or loose the opportunity. They obviously take this seriously, credibly and are willing to invest time, and capital to buy into this deal.
What have I missed” You have missed the boat
MY Comment
BioExx does have a problem raising money. They did not get a PP for shares with market confidence but had to issue a debt debenture secured against their assists.
The last time they got market confidence PP was in June 2011 for 20 million shares issued for 20 million bucks based on a false promise of production and delivery. They promptly blew that in one yea after they lost market confidence after the July 2011 Hormel / Centuy deal that only had ONE ton produced and delivered
After the Nov 2011 announcement of water based production the insiders did buy a token amount (one million) based on CS promise of Feb production and sales but when that did not pan out they has been no more insider buying at market for full risk.
The next money came in July 2012 not with market confidence but as a mortgage based loan by Romspen for a couple of million after they paid off a 4 million Farm Credit loan. Now there is a secured convertible share based loan. The insiders have NOT paid for risk market based shares. The penny flippers are in now for a quick buck on a gamble.
The main point now for BioExx on some deal is : Does the water only based extraction process actually WORK on a profit based commercial large scale and is 65 million a prudent investment by another entity for an 18 month construction project.
Ask yourself :
Why is there not ONE company based in North America that is interested?
What about Viterra the supplier ?
What about Helm the distributor
What about Hormel Century that already have a signed supply deal ?
What about the many in “our own backyard Canadian” Canola companies?
Why is there no active promotion and no media interest?
Why does BXI have to chase companies in Europe ?
Why after the GEA report was there not multiple bids and Letters of intent.
Maybe this water based extraction process is still too experimental and may not actually work as advertised by BioExx.
If it was so good why is it still less than 10 cents ???? Market knows all : Low Volume Low share Price
