More immediate payoff elsewhere with red hot commodities.

MUX can bankroll El Gallo in Mexico [silver], and TNR can bankroll Shotgun in Alaska [gold]. 

Don't forget TNR is a large stakeholder in International Lithium [ILC] with the following :

  • Blackstairs Lithium Project in Ireland, approved for options by a Chinese interest Nov 22
  • Mariana Brine Project in Argentina, etc. etc.

Have a look at ILC's corporate webpage for more clues as to what TNR might want to spend the proceeds on.
