RE: NNL and Northstar's assets

RE: NNL and Northstar's assets

If axis360 is correct and this has been a ploy all along then I am ashamed to be an Empower shareholder.

Does anyone with integrity and a sense of fair play want to be a shareholder of a company that uses deciept and manipulation to gain the upper hand in a business deal and take a mans company out from under him? Dr. Wilson Russell has worked hard to develope his company and now because of a lack of business savy and perhaps too much trust in Paul Leung he is now about to lose everything? I really hope that is not the case.

When investors began writing cheques to Empower so many years ago we were told Paul Leung was a hard working, dynamic businessman with great ideas. It would be such a shame to think that he has to resort to trickery and deciept to be successful. I would much rather be a shareholder in a company that produces quality products that the world wants to buy at a fair price.

If its true and Leung has resorted to deceipt then that is all the more reason to vote no to Leung,s proposal to give him all of the assets of Empower as security for his loan. Perhaps Leung has a trick up his sleeve for the shareholders as well?  Do you want to take that risk? Just vote no!
