Its 100% owned Karowe mine is a producer of large Type IIA diamonds, more than 10.8 carats, including the historic 1,758 Sewelo, the 1,109 carat Lesedi La Rona and the 813-carat Constellation.

At this point I don't think they should be putting to much energy into acquiring or worrying about other kimberlite prospects.  Management needs to concentrate on their Karowe mine as so far this his not been good for shareholders although I believe it will be.  Lucara also has their Mothae mine in Lesotho which is supposed to have a Preliminary Economic Assessment in the first quarter of 2013.  Making acquistions now would only seem to make shareholders suffer more as they would have to raise capital and lord knows we don't need any more share dilution.  In the future this may be a great idea, but lets concentrate on Karowe first and then Mothae next year.  Hope this is a good week, but hope is a poor investing strategy!
