Correct me if I am wrong but DL sale is not shares dumped on the market. It was done privately. If it was done on the market it would have had the following

 

  Direct Ownership Common Shares

10 - Disposition in the public market

 

 

But DL sale stated this .

Direct Ownership Common Shares 11 - Disposition carried out privately

Seems to me there is a difference. Could be some internal share swap  or something but definetly not on the public market.
