RE: RE: Looks like BNC has gone Bankrupt today!

One thing that would help is to have the number of shares awarded to the BOD and the company employee plan be based on performance of the company and tied to the share price, ie if the price of shares go down so does the amount of shares awarded to the BOD and employee incentive programs. Right now there is no incentative other than attending the AGM where the BOD and the employees vote themselves more shares until the next AGM. It's time for more accountability on behalf of the companys' BOD and employees towards the shareholder. This proposal should be put into effect before the next AGM to stop share dilution and further erosion of the share price, and to have the BOD and the company employees experience the frustration and financial loss that the non-company shareholders are experiencing. Then perhaps the BOD would become more diligent with the handling company business and concerns regarding the shareholder.
