RE: RE: RE: RE: Recent thoughts

A company does not loose its 'reputational capital' by what is written on these BBs ... a company looses its 'reputational capital' by not doing what it says it is doing... and not actually accomplishing what it says it is accomplishing... which has been the reality of BXI up till now - no matter who has been in the driver's seat... why should BXI 'have the complete support of its shareholders' when BXI has not supported their own shareholders in any way, shape or form...BXI had mass support until they  wasted 100 million dollars of shareholder money -and now they are under a situation by their own volition where they can only call forth a simple secondary secured 'debenture' loan to just survive just to pay themselves... how has BioExx management performed as of the March, 2011   CODE OF BUSINESS CONDUCT & ETHICS document of BioExx

SHAREHOLDERS

"Our primary obligation to shareholders is to preserve and enhance the value of their investment in BioExx, in other words, to maximize shareholder value. BioExx recognizes that effectively managing Stakeholder relationships significantly contributes to enhancing shareholder value."

I ask anyone - has BioExx preserved and enhanced the vaue of (Shareholder) investment in BioExx... to maximize shareholder value?

Has BioExx effectively managed Shareholder relationships?

So please do not ask all Shareholders to blindly support BioExx ... nor call us "small thinking shareholders" ...
