Mountain-brother - what are you figuring based on the proxy agents being obtained; this seems fairly run-of-the-mill news. You have a meeting, you have votes to be taken, you hire a third party to tabulate the votes and keep things clean. Nothing out of the ordinary. Do you feel there is some annoucement that is pending based on the hiring of this firm? If so, what, and why does this hiring of the firm seem odd to you?
