...I'm an alcoholic , from another planet.   ILJIN wanted to get rid of the management,  They did not "find themselves in arbitration", THEY TOOK ISA TO ARBITRATION ( hearing date never announced, date of ruling never announced ).  ISA management , the same mutton-chopped Al Bundys, that signed all these agreements, and SCREWED UP all these agreements, are STILL making the decisions, LUX shareholders are most likely as angry at them, as ISA shareholders (excluding the colluding insiders ) !  BUUURRRRRPPP!!..   the CEO of LUX, who partnered up to ISA, was "RETIRED" a long time before any FDA, EMA applications were filed!!!!!     nice attempt to deflect, from inside the ISA bunker, by the way
