I/R told me moments ago that BGM needed the money quickly to cover operating expenses, and Frank's way was the quickest, indicating further that Frank himself may have had to borrow for BGM.  Furthermore, the stock may resume trading in Dec.; but it may also resume trading in the New Year.  No one knows for sure.     BGM is confident its gold resource will be proven large and of interest to major gold companies.  I find myself back where I started.  Time to go for a walk . . .
