RE: RE: RE: Deal accepted?

Discern,

As this is a taxable event, and Nord still will want to collect more shares, there is a question as to whether it will be best to wait for next year before selling/taking back Nord shares.  There is little doubt that the millions of shares sold to Nord who were partners in Prognoz did so because of a plan to use the resources 101 report to begin a mining plan, boosting Nord another billion.  Therefore, while Nord may have won - and I say may because I'm not sold on that as of yet - I'm wondering if we need to tuck our tales in and play that ride up.

This also gives me time to consider a legal avenue - which I am confident would work.  For those also considering being part of this, I do not believe the question as to our rights - and whether we mst keep our shares to participate.  The courts may consider selling as part of a personal protection issue and still allow a lawsuit based on the preditory facts that Nord - as majority owners - took to acquire their shares.  Not just here, but with Troika and with rasing funds when we did not need them.

The one thing I do not lie is the fact that Nord stated earlier today that Nord will NOT get the LSE big board in 2013 - meaning to me that they may actually risk losing investor sentiment.

It becomes more ofn an asset allocation issue for many here.  Do you stick around and wait for them to get Nord rolling, knowing what they are like, and also knowing that Nord could easily triple in value in 12 months, or do you play other companies where you know they have your interests at heart?

These are questions I am considering between now and Dec 8.  Personally the desire to have a non-table event was important, but Nord's decision to not list Nord in Canada was stupid for them, and bad for us.

I'll wait until Chris chimes in.
