SHORT SELLING Records indicate there were 17,474,344 shares shorted at 09/15 , 14,477,498 shares shorted at 09/30 , and just 3,879,779 shares shorted at 10/15 . Since this hasn't traded since 09/14 , does anyone have any idea how the short sellers were able to cover their shorts while a cease trade order was in effect ?
