Financials came in as expected.

Admin costs may have been some what lower than I expected.

Cap ex and admin costs will be lower in 2013 but the company will still have to come up with more cash to pay the bills at some time during 2013.

Office lease expires in early 2013 maybe they should move from downtown to out of town to save $150,000. or so. Find a place that already has most of the lease hold improvements that they need so they do not have to spent huge bucks on lavish improvements.

I would think they could lower their sf space by at least 60%.
