Clearly the light volume and declining price is due to the lack of promotional activity. The highly paid PR people seem to be operating overseas and out of view of the Canadian promo circles.

My guess ... the private placement has failed. Management already had to drop the price and their last public word was that they had done well on "subscriptions". However, subscriptions do not mean money in the bank.

EM's past response has been to negotiate a deadline extension. This time I'm not so sure they will do this because in the past Anonymous sellers have been using the time extension to offload their very cheap shares. They have not been doing that this past month.
