Aves, I never even considered that they would be required to get approval from BAE but that makes perfect sense. The IR chip that BAE is working on is for a military contract (old news). But I remember being told that Opel would be allowed to report on the results of that work. That may well be the reason why we have never heard any official public disclosure before on the performance metrics after each chip run. Sometimes it takes a while for the light to come on.
