Actually, from the company press releases they have been talking to other companies and giving them samples under nondisclosure agreements goung back at least a year. The problem is though that the PPG negotiations were trumpeted as an exclusive. It doesn't mean they can't conmtinue talking and supplying samples to other companies but it clearly blocks any formal negotiations.

Now we don't know if any conditions with PPG have expired freeing Argex to get serious with other companies or not.  We don't know much of anything because the company management is saying nothing.  I do think that after this length of time shareholders are owed an update even if it is just to confirm that the agreement with PPG is still fully in effect and talks are continuing.
