the AGM is supposed to occur no longer than 15 months from the last one so that deadline is upon us and will be missed and have to take place as part of the retrading process    isn't there normally a proxy vote for board members with most AGM's      it seems they do not want to have an AGM at this time but will have to have set up one before cto is lifted so i do not think any special meeting will be needed unless this goes on well past the new year and if so you can count on me with more than 91,000 shares wanting a special meeting
