Boy that deal stinks. INT virtually forced PYN into bankruptcy, PYN stockholders got royally screwed and now INT is bragging about aquiring PYN's assets for pennies on the dollar.

Meanwhile, INT's stockholders who also have been royally screwed are now salivating over this great development.

What a sespool of greed.
