Ex Rights

Ex Rights

The calculation I used is assuming you have shares purchased earlier and intend to exersise your rights as I do. Your Share price will be the same wether you exersise or not. However by exersising you will average down your own entry price if you were in above the $1.25 rights price.  Or average up should you have bought in at say 70 cents. But will have double the shares going into the next move.  But you will have to put out the $1.25 per share for each right exersised.   If you exersise it then there will be an entitlement to subscribe to any additional unsold rights as per news release
