LOL. Who says I have give you information that I spent my time figuring out according to your rules, Peter? For those like Fireman who knows he is not familiar with the subject, the current Enterprise Value is the net debt per share plus the share price.

But what some of us are interested in, possibly not Peter, is not the current Enterprise Value.

It is the Value that an acquiror will be willing to pay. That value includes the debt and a payment for each share.

All of my valuation work, which will be revised based upon the data reported tomorrow, is that WND is worth more than the current share price. In fact, I would agree with the CEO and say that it is worth "significantly" more.

There are a number of valid ways to value the assets. And there are a number of prior purchases of wind and solar farms that provide benchmart deals, althuogh companies seldom provide full disclosure. I am working on valuations using a variety of methods because there is no way to be sure which method will be relied on by the ultimate buyer.

And in fact, it is possible that a deal might include multiple buyers who might want different assets, so that the aggregate price we'd receive would be higher than if everything was sold to one bidder.
