I have a theory as to why the decline happened and am interested in seeing if you don't agree with it or if you differ from it and why? just curious.about this

A) The big boys, meaning Canadian brokerage houses (un-named) were pressuring AOI for some time to do a necesary financing from which they could extract millions in finders fees, etc and AOI wouldn't cooperate with them as to price level, timing or both.

B. In response to the non-cooperation, the brokerages in a cooperative if not coordinated effort were waiting for an opprtunity to pounce on AOI in order to drop the price of the stock and the modestly positive news release gave them that opportunity. They were able to tighten the thumb screws a bit until AOI cried uncle, threw up a white flag, & announced a financing. Is this close to what happened?
