Wise?  More like dumb-dumb.  You said "the managers are not smart enough to find out where to cut the expenses cost to operate their company".  Instead of spreading this cr*p, why don't you have a discussion with INT management  and tell them directly that they are not smart enough.  It is safe to hide behind a computer screen isn't it?
