...........good point Cap ! ... I agree totally...... also, you'd think with so much riding on the FS, and so many VIP's waiting for the FS  this time, and a $750 mil deal ( 3/4's of a $billion !! ) waiting for SRK to deliver on time ( for once)... I believe  that they will  in fact ,  deliver in late  December!!!!!........I agree w/ Cap.....  all has been negotiated, and just waiting for the FS as proof to the buyers  BOD and shareholders. Perhaps this is a replay from the much rumored Deal last December , when the  Election posed a  realistic scare and indecision on the Buyers part. Now the Elections are  satisfactorily  completed, Ole has more Gold, and a very thorough and comprehensive economic  FS will validate the Project ..................Ole just needs proof to the Buyers shareholders. Maybe its signed, pending the FS
