DEI says they are working on well #4 to be drilled in the 1st half year, and where the money todrill is coming from? well of course if that does not come from the wells there is no point in this excercize and so perhaps if there is a temporary shortfall BBI or DEI might advance any difference not to delay the drilling, esp now BBI has pretty much has control over PEN so that should be no problem i figure...
