I believe you are incorrect about dilution.  Read their report on SEDI.  Here is an excerpt:

Results of Operations
The Company currently does not have an operating or producing mineral property. The Company has no earnings from mineral properties and therefore will finance its future exploration activities by the sale of common shares or units.
