Here is a post I found that may shed some light on what is going on...right now.
Groundhog day for me reading the posts from the last month at DEC.
I could have been at EFG, or MTB, or CUU, or CDO or well, any board basically that Joe Dwek or Mineralfields does his dirty work. The charts are all the same. The companies are all the same.
They are cash poor, resource rich, assays rich, hot sector, companies who go to Joe when they are on their back, and Joe makes sure he keeps them there until he decides it is time to move up.
I would say reading all the different boards complaining about how Joe works, that he is the seller Anon. EFG has an Anon who has been selling into the bid in strange ways. Yesterday at EFG, someone bought .37 and boom, .35 is the next trade with asks put in at .355. He is a momentum destroyer, because he wants all of your shares before he will let it run. The ANON who manipulated EFG yesterday is either the worst trader ever or someone with a purpose to bring it down. Check out the companies that I have mentioned. They all have a mysterious ANON.
You need to be patient. But he might not let it run at all. Sometimes he wants to just keep the company coming back to him, so he makes sure the company struggles and then they need money again. My Joe Dwek Experience
I have also developed a theory and I cannot prove it that Joe plays the stocks that he has a heavy share count in on the short side. He can whip it as he pleases, because he never has to worry about a short squeeze. He is the market maker. So expect Joe's companies to be quite volatile with some unusual stock movement.
Also, I have noticed that whenever Joe is at a particular stock that he is manipulating that someone comes from out of the blue at stockhouse at the bullboard and sends the exact same e mail out that Joe does not dump shares on to the market and then as far as I can tell, that poster is gone. Same words. Same form. At each bullbaord that Joe does not dump.
Also, what is natural and happens all the time is frustrated people invent all sorts of reasons why their particular company sucks. Management sucks is the favourite, but a long list of what the company needs to get its share price up is very common. There are also inevitable comparisons to other companies with like resources or similiar news releases that have moved 50 percent and yet their own Joe company is going lower and lower. Everyone is confused looking for thin answers.
Usually, Joe is in the strongest companies out there with the worst possible stock price.
Now to the future, what does it hold? No guarantees. He can keep a company on its back for a very long time. If he thinks there is a possibility that there will be another PP, then he will make sure that the company stays as desperate at possible. I think he does this by shorting the company and then covering the shorts when it is the right time. I think he is long publicly and shorts privately. I can't prove it, but I think as a MM it would be easy to play both sides of the trade in these low volume Venture companies.
This Dwek basically runs a lot of the companies on the venture, and if you do your homework, you will see what he can crush and how long he can crush it.
When he wants to let it go, enjoy the ride. Until he does, you will need patience that you never thought that you would need. And don't look for so many reasons that the company sucks. Everywhere is the same story. Everyone so frustrated with their company, and so confused that the price isn't moving up, that these little issues are invented, as if they could posssibly mean a thing. There's nothing wrong with DEC, or MTB, or CDO, or EFG, they are just being Joe'd into some of the worst stock prices and most confusing stock stories. The point is there are no problems at these companies. They don't have any issues, but they can't join the Venture run up because of Joe.
He is the only reason. Stop looking for others.
Nothing matters. Nothing. Except Joe. You are in his hands, and his hands are dirty.
