Verde AgriTech Ltd is an agricultural technology company that produces potash fertilizers. The principal activity of the Company is the production and sale of a multi-nutrient potassium fertilizer marketed in Brazil under the brands K Forte and BAKS, Silicio Forte, and internationally as Super Greensand (the Product). Its technologies are Cambridge Tech, 3D Alliance, MicroS Technology, N Keeper, and Bio Revolution.

I don't see that the market is treating npk much differently than it is other companies with advanced projects that will be looking for construction financing relatively soon.  They are all shunned like lepers at the moment.  That said, look at the deals that Milson Mundim has put together in his career...it looks to me like they got the right guy to put it together.  But it won't happen tomorrow.  Sometime in 1H13 is more like it...
