When's the last time local regulators made themselves useful?  Local FAs joke about it. 

These markets are so spoiled that it's not clear how any asset gets priced realistically. It's getting worse as the economic crunch looms.  No wonder many juniors sit in the doldrums.  Who wants to take long term positions in little outfits, when they have to beg for capital from corrupt institutions that are liable to turn around and short them?

PVG should be beyond that. It should be $25-40/share.  The reports are glowing.  They have the goods like nobody else.  They don't need to raise capital.  The value of the resource is growing steadily.  It's in Canada, not some socialist backwater.  The company position is unique in the entire sector.  The price SHOULD be going up. 

Some of the recent weird intraday is due to tax loss selling. Some is responding in knee-jerk fashion to the TV talk about "recovery." (haha) 

The sector is supposed to undergo "Something Wonderful" in the weeks ahead.
