RE: a nickel in earnings

RE: a nickel in earnings

It makes much more sense to compare market capitalizations and not share prices. But even then MMY should be much higher when you take FVI as a yardstick.

MMY has 209 mio. share outstanding and a Mcap of around 100 mio. $

FVI has 125 mio. shares and a Mcap of around 560 mio. $.

When MMY has earned more than FVI then they should also get the 500-600 Mcap if the growth potential, country risk etc. are pretty similar. Nevertheless, I think FVI a more growth potential in the short to mid-term but once Mengapur comes online then this changes completly.

I any case, a 2.00-2.50$ share price would be justified if dilution does not get out of control...
